Junior Scientific Advisor - 12 months contract

This is a role within the ILD franchise team which would suit an innovative individual who can make the job their own, build their knowledge to become an expert, be proactive in developing and sharing new ideas, make things happen and who is willing to take responsibility for their own work.
Job Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will join the ILD franchise team, working predominantly in the ILD medical team. They will be responsible for supporting medical activities such as advisory boards, medical education meetings and data generation projects as well as supporting with clinical trials activity. The Junior Scientific Adviser will need to review clinical/scientific data and ensure that the information we give to healthcare professionals enables them to understand the benefits and risks of our drugs and make evidence-based decisions for the good of their patients. They will interact with HCPs to discuss and understand the evolving landscape within these therapy areas and relay this to the team. They will also be given the opportunity to work within the marketing function for a three month period, where they will work on producing information materials designed to support healthcare professionals and patients. These materials may be developed in relation to a specific conference or meeting to use for interactions on the promotional stand, or would be used by the commercial field teams when seeing healthcare professionals out in the clinical setting. This will include production of assets for digital channels e.g. emails, websites and presentations.
