Anderson Knight are working exclusively with a reputable organisation who are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Advisor to join their growing HR team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, providing guidance across a variety of HR functions, and playing a pivotal role in the recruitment process. You’ll collaborate closely with managers, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to the company’s vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and support line managers on handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
* Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate selection through to onboarding new hires.
* Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching to managers.
* Prepare HR reports and analyse data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
* Participate in initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
* Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong generalist HR experience, with a broad understanding of all aspects of HR operations.
* Proven experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
* Ideally, CIPD qualified (or working towards), although not essential.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
