Anderson Knight are working exclusively with a reputable organisation who are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Advisor to join their growing HR team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, providing guidance across a variety of HR functions, and playing a pivotal role in the recruitment process. You’ll collaborate closely with managers, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to the company’s vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise and support line managers on handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
2. Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate selection through to onboarding new hires.
3. Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching to managers.
4. Prepare HR reports and analyse data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
5. Participate in initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
6. Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong generalist HR experience, with a broad understanding of all aspects of HR operations.
2. Proven experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
6. Ideally, CIPD qualified (or working towards), although not essential.
7. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
