We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Team. This position will play a key role in scaling our internal and external marketing programs and communication strategy. As a Marketing & Communications Specialist you will operate across the business creating and delivering business and marketing communications plans and overseeing and managing the marketing spend. We love our brand and by joining us, you will be an ambassador of our brand strategy and represent our brand’s voice, ensuring alignment of key messaging, tone of voice, visual identity and ultimately strengthening and protecting our reputation in the market. You will have a knowledge base of market trends and previously acquired strategies and tactics to help advise and guide colleagues on campaigns that best represent the needs of the different business areas and/or verticals. We know that our network is our net worth and that is even more true in the marketing area, so external stakeholder management, including building relationships with our client base, will be key to promoting us. And of course, measuring success is key, not because we love to see presentations, but because it will allow us to improve.
This role offers hybrid working with a minimum of three days a week in the office in central London. Flexibility is required for national and international travel according to projects/organizational needs, anticipated at approximately 2 to 3 days a month.
Requirements
You are good at
1. Proven experience in marketing, digital performance marketing, business administration, communications, public relations / media
2. Experience in developing, measuring and executing specialized demand generation programmes
3. Familiarity and working knowledge of B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
4. Previous experience working in the technology industry either directly or through design / creative agencies
5. Event management, covering marketing, outreach, attendance planning, venue planning and networking with guests.
6. Supporting pre-sales activities with content in pitch decks and responding to tenders, ensuring our brand is represented effectively
7. Expert in developing content (copywriting) in novel and engaging ways, displaying a creative flair
8. Sound understanding of SEO, paid advertising and how to leverage social media for maximum effect
9. Familiarity with web content management tools, social media management tools and web analytics
10. Skills in basic data analytics to assess performance and refine GTM strategies
11. The ideal candidate brings a network of developed media and public relations contacts

12. Communication: Marketing communications specialists require highly developed written and verbal communication skills to communicate marketing ideas and strategies appropriately, reach out to potential new markets and work with different departments.
13. Attention to detail: Attention to detail is critical, especially when simultaneously managing several, sometimes competing, priorities.
14. People skills: Marketing communications specialists require excellent interpersonal skills to conduct in-person marketing research, build relationships with various stakeholders and work with multiple internal teams on advertising campaigns.
15. Presentation: To deliver marketing strategies to several different groups, such as stakeholders or internal teams with different priorities, marketing communications specialists present information in a way that each group can understand.
16. Writing: All marketing communications experts require the ability to write appealing and persuasive professional content for their campaigns, paying close attention to optimisation, brand messaging and readability.
