Nuffield Health is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting programme of work within the Employee, Infrastructure and Data technology unit to join us on an 8-month fixed term contract until the end of 2025.
As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Windows 11 Upgrade delivery project, working across multiple workstreams and across our entire estate. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies with key stakeholders, work with all technology squads to ensure applications compatibility and oversee the deployment of the Nuffield Health Windows 11 build to our Hospitals and Fitness and Wellbeing sites.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technology Delivery Manager with a strong track record in Operating system upgrades / Programmes, or large-scale technology projects. You will bring a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion. Experience in healthcare would be a bonus - but a passion for delivering fast-paced change in a complex estate is what we're looking for.
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you'll bring:
* Significant demonstrable experience of practising and embedding at least one applicable methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
* Proven delivery experience in a complex technology environment with a high volume of change, balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
* Proven ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
* An accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation.
* Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Demonstrable capability to resolve conflict and to build, maintain, and utilise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
* A collaborative working style with a relentless focus on delivering outcomes.
