Seeking a full-time role with a 37-hour workweek? We are seeking an entry-level Insolvency Administrator to support individuals facing financial difficulties. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding their available options, ensuring compliance with insolvency procedures, and supporting them through the necessary steps toward financial resolution. Key Responsibilities Speaking with clients and their lenders over the telephone Gathering info such as clients' income and expenditure, payslips, bank statements etc and processing these accordingly Assessing Debtors for available options Entering data collected/ information into our in-house database system Updating software system / DMS with all case-related information and tasks Creating reports, and letters from our database and attach to email Drafting letters (templates are provided) Keeping a record of payments in and out to and from clients and creditors Keeping creditors up to date on payments made in by clients Opening and closing of bank accounts Taking fees and payments via debit card or direct debit Comparing database to reports daily to ensure records are correct Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. What we are looking for A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English. 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as customer service or admin experience. Knowledge of insolvency processes, financial services, or, as well as an understanding of debt solutions, would be highly advantageous but is not essentialfull training will be provided. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Someone who lives within commuting distance to the office.
