UK Managed Services: SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant
Summary of Role
As a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant within the Managed Services HxM team you will be responsible for delivering support services to a wide range of UK, European and Global clients.
This is a very customer focused, hands-on role where the Senior Consultant will be expected to work on customer issues and developments, as well as collaborate with other functional and technical consultants within the UK Managed Services Team. This role will be fully remote, with some travel to NTT Data Business Solutions offices and customer sites, on occasion.
The ideal candidate will be able to proactively work with the team on SuccessFactors and SAP releases, enhancements and new functionality.
This role will be responsible to the overall Managed Services HxM Practice Lead for day-to-day activity within the Managed Services AMS Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a high level advisory and consultative support to the Customer install base for NTT Data Business Solutions Analyse, configure and implement appropriate solutions for our growing customer base Proactively work with the team on SuccessFactors releases, enhancements and new functionality.
2. Strong communicator; able to communicate confidently with customers and our internal management teams, keeping all parties up-to-date with progress of deliverables.
3. Problem solving: uses own initiative to look for solutions/opportunities.
4. Accepts responsibility for their own tasks in terms of quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Essential:
5. Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
6. Certified in one or more modules
7. Detailed knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules- Recruitment, Onboarding, Time, Performance, Compensation with ability to discuss & guide clients on options, integration points, and best practices
8. Self starter- Can arrange their own tasks and workload and prioritise effectively
9. Understanding and knowledge of integration tools, processes, and error handling of SuccessFactors to SAP HR and Payroll applications. (Dell Boomi, HCI, PO, etc.)
10. Ability to provide advice and guidance knowledgeably with HR business users
11. Good integration skills with other key SAP functional areas
12. High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
13. Documentation skills including functional specifications, test scripts
14. Work within a remote consulting support team for contracted customers using the service management systems and processes and delivering within defined SLA
15. Feedback potential solutions in a logical way for both SAP knowledgeable and non knowledgeable audiences.
16. A strong ability to understand business processes and design appropriate solutions.
17. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with the functional and customer teams
18. Track record of full project lifecycle and development activities.
19. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly.
20. Project related activities e.g. data migration, user support and end user training
21. Hands on mentality and willing to take on unknown SAP processes
22. Excellent communications skills at all levels
23. Can act as liaison with client for troubleshooting ie strong skill re investigation, analysis, and problem solving. Able to map client business requirements, processes and objectives.

25. Ability to provide end-to-end business solutions.
26. Proven experience in a combined customer service handling / functional support role.
27. Ensure consistent high level of customer satisfaction and continually deliver high quality solutions/services
