Job Title: Integrity Repair Specialist
About the Role:
This is a key position that supports the Repair Order Team Lead in executing integrity repairs for TEXO Engineering & Fabrication. The successful candidate will focus on coordinating repair order requirements based on risk and time considerations, ensuring effective and safe completion of repairs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across operations by adhering to best practices, company procedures, risk assessments, and legal standards.
* Promote TEXO improvement initiatives and coordinate asset-specific repairs for pressure systems, structures, pipelines, and rotating equipment.
* Coordinate vendor delivery as a package-responsible engineer and ensure compliance with TEXO's integrated management system.
* Address unsafe activities and promote adherence to best practices in risk assessment, reliability, and failure prevention.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in execution-based activities.
* Familiarity with Asset Integrity reporting and strong interpersonal skills.
* Organized and systems-focused individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
