Full job description
Some of the duties include:
1. Inbound/outbound calls - Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
2. Issue repeat prescriptions requested by patients, monitoring over usage and excessive demand, forwarding concerns and queries to the GPs and/or Pharmacist.
3. Communicate with pharmacies and care/nursing homes regarding prescriptions.
4. Typing referrals/documents accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintain organized medical records and documentation.
6. Support the team with general administrative tasks.
7. Assist with office correspondence and emails.
