Support Teaching Assistant roles where you may be tasked working alongside students with behaviour difficulties or SEN requirements. There will be opportunities to work closely with identified students supporting them with their learning and ensuring that they are able to make steady and regular improvements within school. Intervention Tuition and Intervention opportunities where you will be required to work alongside students who are in need of additional support in order to achieve their target grades. There will also be opportunities to lead small group catch-up sessions to pupils who will benefit from specialist support from a graduate with extensive subject specific knowledge.
