Academics Ltd is working alongside outstanding SEN schools in the Luton area to find a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant. In this role, you'll support children and young people with a range of educational and social needs, helping them thrive in an environment focused on personalised care, high-quality teaching, and specialist support. You'll work closely with a team of experienced professionals to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and other special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experienced SEN staff to provide support for students with SEMH and other needs.
Assist with students' academic development, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Offer support with personal care when needed.
Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents to create a supportive environment.
