JOB DESCRIPTION About the role: We are looking for a relief Emergency Responder to join our friendly team in Crewe. As an Emergency Responder you'll provide a high quality and customer focused response service to meet the needs of residents within our Extra care scheme in Crewe. This will include performing occasional reception duties within the scheme and supporting the housing management team during emergency situations, including the evacuation of the premises. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, Day shifts (08.00-15.15), Late shifts (15.00- 22.15) and Night shifts (22.00- 08.15). We will require experience within the care sector or a similar position but most importantly you will need to have a compassionate and caring nature and be committed to making a real difference to our customer's lives. We are looking for caring individuals who will listen and respond to our customer's needs by assisting them to live as independently, happily and healthily as possible. We are looking for a motivated individual who: Has good communication skills, both verbal and written. Has experience within the care sector or a similar position. Is computer literate.
