Job Description
3. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals
4. Demonstrate strong professional credibility and build on-going relationships as a trusted advisor with managers and leaders
5. Drive core people processes. Manage and provide advice and recommendations on all people related issues.
6. Coach, challenge and influence leaders & managers to develop leadership and team capability.
7. Put forward suggestions for an implement end to end organisational change that will improve the overall business performance and ensure our teams are as effective as they can be as well as being future ready.
8. Work closely with the relevant HRD, HR Manager and Executives to define, deliver and measure culture and engagement initiatives across Operations.
9. Manage the recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to facilitating interviews
10. Organise and deliver HR-related training programs
11. Oversee employee relations, including complex conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
12. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
13. Support the development of performance management systems
14. Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior HR Business Partner should have:
15. CIPD /degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
16. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
17. A solution-focused approach to conflict resolution
18. Proficiency in HR management systems
19. A proactive approach to employee engagement and staff development
20. Proven ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives
21. Analytical skills; quickly evaluates data / situations and reaches conclusions
22. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
23. Ability to work with appropriate attention to detail and high standards, whilst still working at pace
24. Experience of working in an fast-paced, manufacturing or engineering organisation would be highly desirable
