We are looking for a dynamic, articulate, and detailed individual to work within our Test Practice and participate in testing on one of our many projects. Key Job Responsibilities: Lead a project test team, Define the Test Strategy, approach and schedule Design the test tool requirements to be used on the project Lead the test writing activities Lead the test execution activities Run the defect management process Train Client SMEs and business users during testing. Ensure the test team follow the pre prescribed test approach (The CloudRock testing methodology) Produce test packs for all phases of testing within the project Present test packs for review with the client Run daily defect triaging activities Produce daily metrics showing test preparation, test execution progress and defect resolution rates Be the initial point for escalations Improve internal processes within the CloudRock testing practice The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of Financial management Strong stakeholder management skills 3 years of exposure to WD – across all functional areas within Workday Financial Management Workday and Financial transformation experience (at least 2 significant projects) Strong knowledge of MS Excel Experience in setting up and running test management tools An understanding of the data migration and validation activities within an implementation We Offer You: A great environment to learn, develop and be successful in what you do Opportunity to support our work with some of the World's most recognisable brands Competitive package and hybrid work model Travel opportunities for key events Career growth opportunities (as we’re growing rapidly) About CloudRock CloudRock is a leading digital transformation consultancy, headquartered in the UK, with offices in India, US, Portugal & Australia.
