This hybrid position involves hands-on management of services when required, conducting audits, and leading quality enhancement initiatives.

1. Conduct regular quality audits and service improvement reviews.
2. Assist in the setup of new services and contribute to tendering processes.
3. Support underperforming services with improvement action plans.
