16. Ability to establish positive and meaningful relationships with SEN students and teachers

Responsibilities
18. Supporting KS3-KS4 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
19. Attend student's personal needs and offer guidance on welfare matters
20. Prepare materials of the quality and quantity specified by the teacher
21. Protect pupils who require special education by providing them with specific assistance
22. Support behaviour management at the beginning and end of lessons and during lesson transfer
23. Support the delivery of high quality, challenging and differentiated educational activities and sensory experiences
24. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, challenging, and tailored educational activities aligned with a diverse and comprehensive curriculum
25. Help Children to reach their full potential across all learning domains
