Our client, a prominent player in the IT sector, is currently seeking a skilled Functional UK Payroll Consultant with expertise in Oracle to join their team. This role involves leading and supporting a payroll implementation for an existing client in the retail sector, starting immediately on a contract basis for a duration of 10 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support payroll implementation activities for an existing retail sector client.
* Conduct design workshops to gather and document payroll solution requirements.
* Configure Oracle Cloud HCM, including UK Payroll, Fast Formula, element design, and payroll process flows.
* Provide insights and configurations for absence management where necessary.
* Utilise OTBI reporting and SQL for payroll data analysis and reporting.
* Ensure payroll integrations are effectively managed and maintained.
* Maintain a strong understanding of UK payroll practices, tax laws, and related regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.
Job Requirements:
