Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT
As part of unplanned mental health services in Doncaster, we are able to offer a rare opportunity for motivated professionals to join the Doncaster Crisis Team.
The role will involve the triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis and will include telephone, home visits, and assessments in A&E.
We are seeking to recruit dynamic and positive practitioners to support this new service.
We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 6 qualified practitioner who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our busy team and has a passion for working with individuals in crisis within the community, delivering a caring and safe service.
Main Duties of the Job
We are looking for passionate, reliable, and progressive staff who work within a strengths and recovery-based approach. Liaison with families and supporting their understanding of crisis management is an important part of the role.
The post will require individuals to work alongside partner organisations, third sector, and peer support services; transparency and openness are vital.
This is a great time to begin working in the Crisis Service as we are starting to embark on change around the community working age model, and you will have the opportunity to contribute and lead in some of these changes.
