Lead and manage the team on a day to day basis.
Monitor and manage the team's budget and resources effectively
Contribute to the strategic development of the service, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
This post offers an opportunity to work as part of the existing team who are compassionate, enthusiastic, and skilled. You will be joining an established and experienced Memory Assessment and Treatment team to lead and support them as they work with service users and carers in a Recovery focused way. The team works Mon- Fri, 9-5.
You will be supported and encouraged to develop your leadership and management skills through supervision, working with management team colleagues and accessing Trust training programmes.
