Our client is seeking an expericed Customer Service Advisor to work in the Maintenance Department
Job Summary: Responsible for booking in maintenance repairs, communicating with customers, operative and ordering of parts needed
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Answering telephones, acting as first point of contact for customers
* Taking payments from customers
* Accepting deliveries
* Raising maintenance orders on our booking software
* Communicating with customers to book in repairs and maintenance calls in a timely manner ensuring our contract KPI’s are met
* Organising and liaising with operatives carrying out the repairs
* Ordering of parts required for the repairs
* Writing up of invoices/SOR codes
* Covering the Gas/Plumbing service department during annual leave periods
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays)
