We are a high-growth, PE-backed creative investment platform operating at the intersection of finance and entertainment. We are seeking a discreet, ambitious, and highly capable Chief of Staff to support two dynamic co-founders: a seasoned CFO with extensive Amazon leadership experience and a successful creative entrepreneur.
This is a confidential opportunity to become one of the earliest hires in a fast-scaling business, managing a wide variety of responsibilities that touch operations, investor relations, partner management, and strategic execution. You will serve as a mission-critical right hand, ensuring the founders’ time is leveraged, the business runs smoothly, and opportunities are maximised.
What You’ll Do:
* Operate as a junior COO across the business, supporting both strategic and operational initiatives
* Own the preparation of board decks, investor reports, briefing docs, and presentation materials with clarity and polish
* Act as a force multiplier for the co-founders: optimising calendars, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups with investors and partners
* Plan and coordinate travel logistics and company-related events (internal, investor-facing, and industry)
* Build and manage an internal operating rhythm across the business: regular check-ins, cross-functional coordination, and strategic action tracking
* Liaise with a broad range of external stakeholders including lawyers, agents, investors, accountants (including a Big 4 firm), and tax advisors
* Drive effective workflows with external finance, legal, and tax partners to ensure timely updates, deliverables, and compliance
* Manage ad hoc and recurring administrative tasks with discretion and ownership – including data entry, deadline tracking, document organisation, and CRM updates
* Identify, implement, and optimise tools, templates, and AI-based workflows to enhance operational efficiency
You Might Be A Fit If You:
* Are a high-performing graduate from a top-tier university with 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment, executive search, start-ups, or a fast-paced professional environment
* Possess maturity beyond your years, with the confidence and presence to interface with senior stakeholders and external advisors
* Are obsessively organised and thrive when bringing clarity and order to complexity
* Communicate exceptionally well – both written and spoken – in English (native or equivalent fluency required)
* Understand and appreciate business fundamentals (finance, law, corporate structures) from experience, education, or family exposure
* Are a true self-starter who thrives with ownership, autonomy, and accountability
* Are energised by the creative industries, but operate with the rigour of a finance-trained operator
* Are tech-savvy, spreadsheet- and deck-fluent, and excited by the potential of AI in operations
* Want to grow into a COO or Head of Operations role in the coming years
Why This Role is Unique:
* You’ll work directly with two exceptional founders in a company that blends the rigour of asset management with the excitement of creative IP
* You’ll be exposed to a wide array of leadership-level discussions, investor conversations, and key decision-making processes
* You’ll play a key role in building the business from an early stage, gaining exposure across all functions
* You’ll operate in a high-trust, high-performance culture that rewards initiative and impact
* You’ll learn how to scale a company the right way, with exposure to top-tier investors, advisors, and industry leaders
