Job Title: Field Sales Consultant
Salary: £26,000 basic starting salary, £2,400 annual car allowance and auto fuel card to cover all business mileage
Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £60K)
Location: Taunton (100% field-based)

Day to Day Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving growth by:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners
* Identifying new opportunities and generating leads by engaging with prospective and existing business customers across the UK, averaging around 50 visits per day
* Providing tailored solutions across multiple products, including energy, telecoms, and insurance
* Becoming the trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service
* Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions across various business essentials
* Building strong relationships and providing a world-class service to ensure customer satisfaction
* Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Skills and Experience:
We require the following:
* Clean Driver's License and Valid Car Insurance (Essential)
* 18 months+ lead generation & sales experience required (B2B sales, field sales or outbound telesales environment) (Essential)
* Resilience: It's important to react positively to hurdles
* Outstanding Communication Skills: Key for building relationships with customers
* Self-Management/Accountability: Motivation and self-discipline to manage and grow our existing customer base
* Target Driven/Self Motivated: Understanding that the customer always comes before the sale
