Role & Responsibilities:
As the Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction while driving growth and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Manage the entire customer experience, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
2. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data and insights to formulate strategies that drive customer growth, success, and effective marketing strategies.
3. Account Strategy: Lead in setting strategic goals and objectives for all accounts, tracking the success of Pixis solutions provided to each customer.
4. AI Marketing Solutions: Act as an AI Marketing Solutions Expert, identifying, creating, and implementing marketing solutions that deliver measurable business results for our partners.
5. ROI Measurement: Design metrics and measures to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of Pixis Products. Educate clients on product solutions and best practices, becoming an evangelist for all Pixis products.
6. Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer satisfaction by managing and resolving a diverse set of issues, coordinating with internal resources that interact with each customer.
7. Contract Renewals : Understand and assess customer requirements, assess the level of adoption of our service, and evaluate the risk associated with renewing current contracts.
8. Reporting: Generate reports and present performance snapshots to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 7-8 years of Facebook advertising campaign management experience. AdManager or equivalent 3rd-party ad tool.
A working understanding of Google Tag Manager, URL strings, Facebook Pixels, feeds and attribution. Experience managing paid advertising accounts with seven figures of spend.
