Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant at NXTGEN, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-calibre professionals with our clients. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be empowered to build and manage your client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Negotiate terms of business and service agreements.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively source and engage with high-quality candidates using a range of tools, including job boards, LI, and the company database.
Conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Pitch NXTGENs services to prospective clients.
Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate shortlisting, arranging interviews, and offer negotiations.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of the companys CRM system.
Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in a recruitment or sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A confident, professional, and persuasive manner.
