Trainee Estimator Our Trainee Estimator will have the opportunity to work closely with our eclectic Small Works team of experienced Estimators and contribute to the development of our exciting projects all from our West Midlands Office. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in assessing project specifications, drawings and other documents to understand project scope. Shadow Senior Estimators to prepare accurate cost estimates for small works projects. Collaborate with Project Management and Design Teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and objectives. Assist in preparing tender documentation and presentations to bid for small works projects. Carry out Site Surveys to develop understanding of client objectives. What You’ll Need: Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Desire to commit to continued education and improvement through on-the-job learning and training opportunities. This is an office-based role and would require the successful Trainee Estimator to attend Monday-Friday at Unit 1C-1D Pearsall Drive, Oldbury, B69 2RA.
