We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Executive Content Manager to join our Adobe Enterprise Marketing Team based in London.
This role develops and oversees the executive content strategy for stronger positioning and storytelling across EMEA.
This role sits within the EMEA Executive Marketing team, playing a fundamental role in creating programmes and events to drive awareness and engagement with Adobe’s c-suite customers. The role is focussed persona-based content strategy, content creation leveraging all marketing channels as well as programme management.
What You’ll Do:
The Senior Executive Content Manager is responsible for building and owning a content pipeline that supports ABM activation, field marketing, executive platforms and presentations and campaigns. The programme management aspect includes driving deadlines associated with the content pipeline, consulting on external trends and working with third-party experts and/or organisations that support the editorial themes.
A key element of this role is also driving the content strategy for Adobe’s Executive Experiences in EMEA. This role is responsible for devising content themes, speaker programmes and breakout sessions, as well as the creation of supporting assets.
This role requires collaboration and partnership with a broad stakeholder group who sit across the EMEA and global organisation including the Adobe Executive Team, international leadership teams, local leaders, partner team, executive communications, EMEA and global communications, brand and studio, digital strategy group, customer advocacy, CSR and multiple agencies.
Specific responsibilities will include:
* Set overall themes and objectives and editorial pipeline for Adobe’s executive thought leadership content strategy, working with global teams to develop assets that resonate with a senior level audience and can be adapted and amplified by Adobe’s senior leaders.
* Devise campaign strategies and collaborate with campaign, content, field and digital to activate high-performing c-suite persona-based campaigns that drive engagement, awareness and progression.
* Develop compelling speaker platforms and externally facing content for Adobe’s senior executives, with a strong focus on our senior level spokespeople who target the CMO, CIO and CFO communities.
* Work closely with a diverse group of global stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, themes and content strategy.
* Advocate the EMEA perspective for all global executive engagement planning initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Experienced senior marketing/communications professional with a track record of developing and deploying themes and content to external audiences.
* Excellent writer and storyteller with ability to simplify and emotively express complex narratives across enterprise audiences.
* Strong attention to detail and copyediting skills as well as script and presentation development skills.
* Self-starter and highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced understanding of multimedia content formats and digital channels.
* Excellent research and analytical skills; strong project management skills.
* Experienced in working with senior business leaders.
* Strong ability to take feedback and quickly adapt content.
* A background in Journalism, English, Communications, or Creative Writing is preferable. Tech experience is preferred.
* Native English language skills are a must, additional languages are considered a plus.
