My client is an independent financial planning practice based in Norwich, covering clients nationwide, currently looking to bolster the advice team by adding a new Financial Planner to the business. As a boutique practice, my client provides independent advice across a diverse range of cases including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & Retirement planning.
The suitable candidate will need to work independently with confidence with the possibility of some remote work and flexible working available.
About the Business
My client uses market-leading back office systems, fully integrated with research tools, client portals, and electronic signing. The charging structure allows advisers to offer full advice to their clients and not just the areas that they are paid in, with relationships built on trust and not solely on financial transactions.
Advisers can offer clients advice whether or not it leads to the involvement or ‘sale’ of a product. My client ‘sells advice’ not products. Strong relationships are in place with professional connections that generate some leads, so the successful candidate would be expected to show some initiative in this area.
Advisers can be confident in the support team in place. They are hand-picked, well-trained, well-qualified, and experienced.
