Key responsibilities: Manage the appointment booking system, including sending confirmation letters and contacting patients by phone to verify appointments. Respond to patient inquiries, collaborating with other practice staff for assistance when needed. Run reports and refer patients Perform any additional administrative tasks required to ensure the efficient operation of the team Recognize the responsibility of all employees in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. To ensure that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard in accordance with any current GPN policies Compliance review Any other administrative tasks as needed from time to time.
