Reporting to Quality Manager – CELEROS FLOW TECHNOLOGY, the Document Controller will perform Documentation Administration for the Quality Engineering Department. They will assist with documentation including supplier’s and final are reviewed, compiled and completed within agreed timescales. Work closely with the Quality team in maintaining COTD for all documentation required (ISO 9001, PED, ATEX) and processes through the use of quality tools and systems to meet customer requirements, addressing the opportunities of process’ continuous improvement. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Providing support to production teams to address internal NCR's. Daily meetings to solve internal NCRs. Taking proactive measures with the aim of eliminating the cause of quality issues and to reduce the risk of future failures. • Assisting in resolving customer and internal quality related issues using recognised problem-solving techniques, assist with complaint solution (internal and external customers). • Communication with customers to ensure quality performance is achieved. • Compilation of Final Documentation to customer requirements. Ensure that projects’ documentation including Manufacturing Record Books are reviewed, complied, and completed within agreed timescales. • Updating and maintaining various quality documentation and records (various spreadsheets and trackers). • Support with Inspection and Test Plans, as required. • Communication with suppliers regarding required certification and addressing Non-Conformities effectively • Maintain and review the inspection records from manufacturing. • Liaise with customer inspectors and support release of products • Carrying out internal and supplier audits and follow the audit cycle until audit points are closed. • Maintain Document Control for all Capital equipment contracts. • Compile and submit contractual documentation for standard products. • Creating internal paperwork including certificates of conformity, certificate of manufacture, quality, quantity, warranty, hydrotest and other test certificates as per customer’s requirements and product destination. • Expedite the issue and return of contractual documentation to ensure we maintain delivery schedules. • Managing own time and time allocation to project. • Develop skills and knowledge to provide coverage for absent departmental colleagues as required. • Responsible for ensuring contractual and quality standards are met.
