FinTech RS is supporting one of our well-known, technical clients who are looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer on a permanent basis. This role will be an onsite role working within the city centre. Operating within a small service desk team this role will be the first contact for all IT issues therefore customer service is paramount. This role will assist with these issues where possible and escalate where required. Candidates should have experience working within an IT support role previously whilst having a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills. Training on the technical aspect of this role will be given however any experience with Azure, O365, Cloud Services, or Windows Server would be highly beneficial. Get in touch to find out more
