You possess the resilience to work directly with clients who exhibit challenging behaviors. You are adept at conducting thorough assessments, writing detailed reports, and managing cases in compliance with local and national standards. Familiarity with data management systems like Excel, Access, Liquid Logic, and Civica is crucial for maintaining accurate records. What the Job Involves The position involves managing caseloads within the Change and Challenge Service, ensuring effective family interventions. You will serve as a liaison officer, managing relationships and communication with schools while representing CCS at key meetings like exclusion panels. Direct engagement with both adults and children at various locations is required, addressing behaviors ranging from challenging to aggressive. You will perform assessments, report writing, and case management while adhering to relevant legislation and standards. Collaboration with CCS Management is key to delivering top-quality services and achieving the performance management framework's highest standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and referrals, aligning with both local and national Troubled Families standards.
