You will be supporting the learning and development team with the curation and rollout of new programs throughout the organisation. To accomplish this, you will be expected to take on the following responsibilities:
* Use Excel to a proficient level.
* Have an understanding of profit and loss.
* Initiate, track and compete purchase orders.
* Manage the teams' booking systems.
* Contribute to the development of programs using problem-solving and creative thinking.
* Work independently and manage your own duties efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
* Problem-solving skills and keen initiative
* A drive to impact the organisation beyond your standard duties
* Proficient Excel skills, confidence in building complex formulas and drop down lists.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams.
