We are hiring for a Key Service Accounts Administrator to join the Key Service Accounts team. This role is maternity cover for 6 months minimum and may continue for up to 18 months. This role will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to our customer “ Family Fund ” – the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. It will f ocus on all forms of contact from families ensuring that all contracted deadlines are adhered to. The main tasks are: To take incoming calls and emails from families and help with any queries they may have – including placing orders, chasing deliveries, liaising with our courier while always maintaining a high level of customer service. To respond to Family Fund’s contracts team regarding family and order queries as via e-mail and maintain professional manner. To make detailed notes of every interaction on our database. To accurately use and maintain the Family Fund customer portal at all times. To assist in providing data for management forecasting for the Family Fund charity and the business. To assist in the preparation of historical data and comparison analysis. With the team, to act as a focal point for communication of customer critical information from other internal departments. To assist families with upgrades where appropriate and to take card payments for this. We are ideally looking for someone with demonstrable c ustomer service, particularly using the telephone, strong c omputer skills using Microsoft suite and particularly e xcel and p utting together professional and accurate written communication.
