The Opportunity
LEVC Mtech is leading a project to introduce a range of new energy passenger vehicles tailored for the UK market. We’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to make an impact in a company committed to innovation and sustainability.

About the role
* Managing multiple schedules, arranging meetings, note taking, and preparing documents.
* Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
* Ensure all travel and expense documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner for your teams.
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
* Coordinate site access for visitors and new employees for a positive experience.
* Build strong relationships with the departments you are supporting.
Experience to succeed
* Prior experience in business administration preferably supporting senior management.
* Has a level 3 or higher business administration qualification preferable but not essential depending on experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a track record of delivering results as an administrator or assistant.
* Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.
* Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus.
