French speaking Administrator - Sales Administration - Export Customer Service
Location: Dover, Kent
Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Main duties:
1. Support the sales team and assist customers with their enquiries.
The Role:
1. Build and maintain relationships with customers.
2. Prepare quotes and up-sell/cross-sell where appropriate.
3. Data inputting and spreadsheet reporting.
4. Order processing and keeping customers updated on deliveries.
5. Promote the business on social media.
The candidate:
1. Fluent in French (both written and verbally) - Required.
2. Previous office experience – Ideal.
3. Strong communication and organisational skills.
4. Self-motivated candidate, eager to learn.
5. IT literate.
