Facilities Service Controller Leeds - White Rose Park (with 1 day hybrid home working) Permanent SALARY private healthcare Flexible Benefits Summary We have an opening for a Service Controller based in our new Leeds Facilities Office in White Rose Park. You will be working within the Service Centre team allocating resources to ensure that all planned maintenance, remedial and reactive works are attended by the engineers Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Managing the delivery of Planned Maintenance, Remedial and Reactive works for the assigned clients Updating NG Bailey’s system with new work orders and allocating to either NG Bailey engineer(s) or approved Subcontractors Ensuring Engineer workloads are manageable and reassigning according to geography and absence Ensuring all completed works have relevant paperwork attached and the system updated to close down the Work Order What we’re looking for : We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with clients/customers via email and the phone, as well as: Good communicator Computer Knowledge of Facilities management is not essential but a willingness to learn.
