• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, especially when dealing with various administrative duties and pupil welfare needs.
• Proficient in managing school records, maintaining pupil data, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Clear, concise, and compassionate communication with pupils, parents, teachers, and external agencies.
• Good listening skills to support pupils' welfare needs, handling sensitive or emotional situations with care.
• Accuracy when maintaining pupil records, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and confidential.
• Ability to spot patterns in pupil welfare concerns and bring them to the attention of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Competence in using administrative software (Arbour) and general office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, email).
