We are hiring a speech and language pathologist for the 2024-25 school year. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Oregon's Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
All SLPs receive an annual stipend of $2,500 and are placed on the MA+42 column.We are also pleased to offer a one-time $3,500 signing bonus to licensed new hires who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

2. National Board Certification (including ASHA): $1,000
3. Doctorate Degree: $1,000
4. Nurses, OTs, PTs, School Psychologists, and SLPs: $2,500
5. $1,504 monthly district contribution for medical, dental, and vision coverage
6. Licensed insurance money is pooled — funds that are unused by other licensed staff may reduce or eliminate your out-of-pocket expenses
7. Monthly opt-out stipend for individuals who waive coverage
8. Option to enroll in high-deductible HSA-eligible plan — the district will contribute funds remaining from your monthly contribution into an HSA
9. 10 paid sick days per year
10. 5 paid personal days per year, with payout for up to three unused days
11. 3 paid IEP workload relief days per year
12. 70 minutes of daily protected prep time (minimum)
13. Payment at per diem for loss of prep time due to student meetings
14. Option to work remotely on grading days and non-student work days
15. Up to 12 quarter credits of at the Portland State University rate
