My client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire is currently recruiting for a Support Desk Administrator to join their team on a Full-Time Permanent basis. You will be part of a team providing a quality service for their clients. The Quotes Department is fast-paced, dealing with incoming emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are kept.
Salary - £22,500 - £24,440
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make and answer calls to clients/Sub Contractors/ Engineers
2. Send and respond to emails - Clients/Colleagues/Sub Contractors/ Engineers
3. Regularly update bespoke IT system
4. Compose and amend Quotes from Engineers and Sub Contractors
5. Send accepted quoted works orders to Sub Contractors and Engineers
6. Regular use of Word, Excel and Outlook
7. Regular checks for any changed Quotes/acceptances
Essential Skills:
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
2. Eye for detail
3. General enquiries to be dealt with efficiently
4. Ability to build good rapport
