Team: 12
Internship duration: 10 months (with a view to permanent role/apprenticeship if successful)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time in the office)
Salary: £24,570 (Real Living Wage)
About the role:
To support the People function with the effective administration of all relevant administration requirements. Processing requests and answering queries in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations at all times. Examples of tasks required;
Manage a volume of telephone and e-mail enquiries, as well as queries made in person and via the case management system
Data entry and updating of systems
Maintain a high level of professional customer service at all times
