Position Details: ● Position Title: Propositions Manager, Commercial Premises ● Division: TNT Sports Commercial Premises ● Location: London Chiswick ● Department: TNT Sports Sales Operations ● Reports to: Director, Sales Operations ● Contract: Full time, Permanent Position Overview: TNT Sports Business is the business-to-business arm of TNT Sports. Delivering premium sports subscriptions to a range of sectors including pubs, clubs, hotels and offshore, we help customers grow their business harnessing the power of live sport. We are currently looking for a propositions manager to drive the performance of our existing propositions set and to create and deliver new propositions to drive acquisition for Commercial Sport. You will be responsible for exploring and implementing new platforms and technologies to add value to the Commercial Sport proposition and to drive distribution across existing and development sectors. You will also support corporate trading, including but not limited to; setting targets, enabling our sales team, managing trading performance, policing plan and will act as product gatekeeper, ensuring that operations and systems function in a manner as to maximise corporate trading performance. Responsibilities: Commercial Sport Propositions and Product Develop and deliver new propositions to the marketplace and manage the design and build with relevant teams and stakeholders. Identify and develop new channels, suppliers and technologies which can support and drive additional value, revenue growth and increased distribution. Refine and promote our existing propositions to improve trading performance, with the aim of growing revenues and driving uptake within our current customer base. Business case modelling, routes to market and assessment of operational delivery Engage marketing, product and technical teams to deliver requirements, managing risk and owning commercial decisions. Trading: Group Commercial Sport Primary point of contact with our sales teams, ensuring clarity of props/marketing messages, process and governance adherence and fostering a culture of collaboration. Full ownership of product, ensuring that all relevant platforms, systems and processes are aligned to support and maximise corporate trading. Engage and manage all relevant stakeholders within Commercial Sport to drive performance. Requirements: Strong analytical expertise Knowledge of budget / forecast / planning /product operations.
