Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate for the role of HR Assistant will be exposed to all areas of the HR and Payroll function.
Responsibilities as our HR Assistant will include but are not limited to:
1. Producing employee correspondence in respect of job offers, reference requests, contract addendums, acceptance of resignation letters.
2. Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies in-house and online, arranging and preparing for interviews and conducting interviews with recruiting department manager/supervisor when appropriate or required.
3. Assisting with new starter inductions.
4. Be responsible for the maintenance of Company T&A/self-service system, answering queries about the management and self-service portals.
5. Producing reports from the T&A and HR systems as and when required.
