The Apprentice reports to the Operations Supervisor/mentor and is responsible for learning the key skills of how to assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and equipment.

What you will be doing...
* Complete tasks on computer using MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Work on assigned tasks with supervisory oversight.
* Work assigned tasks to meet schedule and may coordinate details with other departments.
* Complete work pack from college and ask for help when required.
* Interact effectively with team members daily. Share opinions and ask questions relevant to the work and/or his or her study program.
* Maintain good attendance and perform other related duties as assigned.
Other Functions
* Be knowledgeable and compliant with all area housekeeping efforts.
* Promote teamwork within the organization.
* Other functions will vary based on the assigned work area.
* May rotate assignments to gain additional business experience.
What we are looking for...
* Hand Tools: Knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, scrapers, box cutters).
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Competent skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
* Competent in the use of PCs, MS Office Programs, and other associated software.
* Ability to effectively operate in a team environment.
* Solid knowledge of the English language with the ability to speak, read, and write along with good listening skills.
* Good marks in relevant subjects.
* The ability and willingness to demonstrate eagerness, enthusiasm, and optimism for work activities. This includes the ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities, to learn and understand company policies and
