As we continue on our journey of rapid expansion, we have an exciting opportunity to join our extremely busy Store Development team as a Store Development Admin Assistant. This is a permanent position based full time at our Distribution Centre office in Runcorn WA7 1SE.

The key responsibilities are:
* Bringing store plans to life by calculating and ordering essential equipment, such as shelving and checkouts, for both new and existing stores.
* Issuing purchase orders and managing invoices through the Oracle finance system.
* Communicating and building relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, store teams, and store management.
* Being a key player in a variety of dynamic administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The skills and experience required are:
* Experience in retail – you’ll be familiar with using various types of store equipment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong attention to detail.
* Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate and manage your workload to meet tight deadlines.
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude - able to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
* Experience with the Oracle system is a bonus, but not a must as we can provide the relevant training.
