Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support children with complex needs in SEN provisions and schools across Lincoln. Position Details:
* Role: Personal Care Assistant (SEN Support)
* Location: Lincoln
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:15
* Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist children with complex needs, providing personal care and support.
* Support with moving and handling, ensuring all procedures are followed safely.
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Help students engage in activities and learning while managing their individual needs.
* Provide emotional and physical support where required, ensuring students' well-being.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in personal care, ideally within an SEN setting.
* Knowledge of moving and handling techniques.
* A caring and patient approach to working with children with special needs.
