Your Role:
Plan and execute reactive & preventive maintenance within GMP facilities.
Manage critical spares and oversee major maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and ALCOA standards.
Lead problem-solving initiatives to diagnose and repair complex equipment breakdowns.
Mentor and develop the engineering shift team.
What You Need:
Experience leading an engineering team in a regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical utilities, control systems (PLC), and CMMS.
Hands-on expertise in cleanroom operations, BMS/EMS, and small-scale manufacturing equipment.
A relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
