Finance Admin
Willsbridge, Bristol – Office based with occasional WFH
£28k plus annual company bonus and EMI

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
1. Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure smooth, timely fulfillment.
2. Invoicing: Manage and issue invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed without a hitch.
3. Credit Control: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
4. Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
5. Office Management: Keep the office in tip-top shape by managing supplies, organising documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
6. Founders’ Support: Provide essential admin support to the CEO & Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.
7. Organisational Wizardry: You excel at juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
8. Attention to Detail: Whether it's financial records or office management, accuracy is your middle name.
9. Tech Savvy: You know your way around bookkeeping and invoicing software (experience with Xero or Unleashed is a big plus!).
10. Great Communicator: You’re a pro at both written and verbal communication.
11. Self-Starter: You’re proactive, conscientious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
