What You’ll Do Customer Interaction and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintain a visible presence, and build relationships across all levels. Support new customers by providing building inductions and offering assistance. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure all areas adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures, observing site rules and relevant compliance standards. Maintenance and Issue Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, diagnose basic problems, and propose solutions when possible. Report faults to service partners as directed by the site services manager. Resource Monitoring and Management: Oversee multi-functional printing devices, monitor and replenish stationery hubs, and ensure IT literacy to use AZ business systems effectively. Flexible, Initiative-Driven Teamwork: Work independently and as part of the business support center, showing flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to skill development.
