Role Overview:
As a Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and large corporations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing corporate tax compliance for a diverse client portfolio
* Supporting tax advisory projects, including restructuring, tax planning, and R&D claims
* Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing guidance
* Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and handling tax queries
* Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
* Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless client service
* Assisting with business development and identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings
Key Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification (or equivalent) or be working towards it
* Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work
* A good understanding of UK tax legislation and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
