Are you a fully qualified teacher looking for a new challenge? Are you tired of the long working hours and endless responsibilities full-time teaching brings?
Here at Teaching Personnel, we pride ourselves on our excellent service and dedication to providing schools with outstanding educators while boasting a brilliant work/life balance for all educators.
With no two days being the same, supply teaching is a brilliant way to keep you on your toes and test your flexibility and adaptiveness.
Many days consist of delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and marking set work, allowing many of our supply teachers to leave by 15:30!
Reclaim the work/life balance you deserve!
Why choose to register with us? Despite there being other supply agencies in the area, Teaching Personnel is the largest and most recognised by schools. We work to build and maintain positive professional rapports with schools throughout the area. From on-the-day, ad-hoc cover through to full terms, we collaborate with schools and our educators to find the best candidates for the roles put forward to us.
Having excellent rapports with schools also has its perks - we hear about job openings before any job site and are entrusted by schools to find reliable and dedicated educators to fulfill vacancies. Pay can often be negotiated depending on experience and responsibilities taken on.
Requirements for registering with us include:
1. Possession of a teaching degree, PGCE, or similar teaching qualification.
2. An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
3. An up-to-date CV and reference information.
4. Documents to prove your right to work, identity, and address.
We are always on the lookout for reliable teachers to recruit into our ranks. Alongside this, we are also recruiting for teaching assistants, so if you do not have any teaching qualifications, perhaps you would consider working as a Teaching Assistant?
We ensure to keep registrations informed throughout the entire onboarding process and help you in finding and deciding on appropriate roles to take on.
We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you regarding this amazing teaching opportunity.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQs on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
