Reporting to our Planned Works Manager, as a Planned Works Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our planned works initiatives. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to our overall mission of excellence. What do our Planned Works Surveyor do; Project Planning: Collaborating with the Planned Works Manager to develop and implement project plans for various planned works initiatives. Site Surveys: Conducting thorough site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data for project development. Documentation : Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, including reports related to planned works activities. Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating and liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements. Progress Monitoring: Monitoring the progress of planned works projects and providing regular updates to relevant parties. What we are looking for; Educational Background: A relevant degree in surveying, construction management, or a related field is essential. Professional Experience: Previous experience in surveying or project management, particularly in planned works, is highly valued. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with surveying tools and software is crucial for conducting site assessments and project planning. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess data and make informed decisions regarding project feasibility and execution. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and prepare documentation. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in surveys, reports, and project plans.
